Puzzle Games for ChatGPT — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 October 2026

This policy covers the Puzzle Games plugin for ChatGPT (the “plugin”), published by HUGO FM GAMES (hugo.fm), and its server at puzzlegames.shoutoutgames.com.

What we collect

The plugin has no accounts and does not ask for your name, email, location, contacts or payment details. When you play, ChatGPT sends our server the details of each request, such as the game you chose, your move or answer, and your timezone (used for the Sudoku of the day).

To run the game board, the server stores an anonymous game session: a session reference derived from ChatGPT’s anonymous conversation identifier, the game in progress and its moves. Sessions are deleted automatically 24 hours after they were last used.

To keep your stars, rank and progress (such as solved riddles and links, sudoku times and best scores), the server stores a progress record under a pseudonymous key derived from ChatGPT’s anonymous user identifier. It contains nothing that identifies you. Progress records are deleted automatically after 12 months without play.

Our server logs record each request’s status and duration for reliability. Like any web server, our hosting may also keep standard access logs (including IP address) for security, which are kept for a limited period.

What we do not do

The plugin never accesses your microphone or camera, does not track you across sites, does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not sell or share your information. Words you type in Theme Connect are checked against word lists on our server and are not sent anywhere else.

Third parties

Game pictures and sounds are served from our own server. Your conversation with ChatGPT is handled by OpenAI under its own privacy policy.

Children

The plugin is family entertainment and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
